How long does it take for you to respond? +
We respond within 24 business hours (Monday through Friday). Urgent requests made by phone (079 915 08 31) are handled the same day.
Is the quote free and non-binding? +
Yes, absolutely. You describe your project to us, and we'll send you a customized proposal within 48 business hours. There's no obligation at this stage.
Can I visit without an appointment? +
We’d prefer to schedule a meeting so we can welcome you properly and show you the space in person. Book a 30-minute appointment with our team via Calendly above, or call us at 079 915 08 31.
What are the cancellation and termination policies? +
The terms and conditions vary depending on the type of service:
One-time room rental
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the date. Between 7 days and 48 hours: 50% of the total amount. Less than 48 hours: 100%.
Nomadic coworking
30-day notice period, effective after the first month of your subscription. Cancel your subscription through your member account.
Business Registration Address
30 days' notice. Termination must be in writing (email or mail).
Long-term rental
Two months' notice. Applies to monthly or recurring leases (permanent office, regular space).
For major events or exceptional circumstances, we review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Do you work with nonprofit organizations? +
Yes. As a B Corp and a member of the Geneva Chamber of Social and Solidarity Economy, we offer preferential rates to associations and organizations in the social and solidarity sector. Please specify this in your message.
