Founded 10 years ago, FOOUND has brought together more than 300 creative professionals from diverse backgrounds in its two unique spaces in Geneva, located on Rue de Lyon and Rue Jean-Gutenberg.

Event and Marketing Internship
Specifications
You will receive training on how to use our email marketing tools and will help create, review, and send email campaigns.
You will help create posts and events for Foound's Facebook and Instagram accounts.
You update the website's content and share Foound's latest news.
You help identify and establish partnerships, events, and art exhibitions.
You will update the visuals and communication kits related to Foound's internal projects.
You prepare accounting statements.
You handle internal communications for Foound members.
You coordinate the team of volunteers and are responsible for training new volunteers.
You help organize events such as art openings, clothing swaps, conferences, and artisan markets.
You will be responsible for welcoming visitors and leading certain tours.
Your profile:
You are a student at HEC or a communications school, or you are looking for a job and seeking a professional internship approved by the OCE.
· You have excellent writing skills.
· You are familiar with Geneva’s cultural scene and the independent arts community.
· You’re a bit of a geek and active on social media: Instagram / Facebook.
· You have a good sense of aesthetics and a broad knowledge of music and the arts. · You are proactive, positive, and flexible.
· You have strong analytical and summarization skills.
· You are familiar with software such as Photoshop and InDesign. (optional)
· You have experience in social media, event planning, and administrative management.

A Bar and Dining Room Manager
Specifications:
Front-of-house: providing information, assisting customers, and selling products
Preparing homemade dishes and beverages
Serving beverages and meals
Assisting with menu creation and event planning
Purchasing and inventory management
Accounting for sales and invoicing
Assisting with menu development and the creation of new concepts
Customer loyalty programs
By the end of the term, we would like the person to have received training in customer service and light food service at a bar-restaurant. We expect them to be able to work independently on all tasks related to managing a dining area.
Your profile:
Are you looking for a work placement or career transition internship as part of a government program or a certification program
Your qualities: Flexibility, responsiveness, initiative, interpersonal skills, and independence
Experience in the food service industry is a plus.
You must be fluent in French; English is a plus.
