Can I tour a room before booking? +
Yes, of course! We encourage you to visit before making a reservation. Contact us to schedule an appointment: we’d be delighted to show you around our facilities and answer any questions you may have.
What equipment is included in the price? +
All our rates include: high-speed Wi-Fi, modular chairs, large tables (trestles + tabletops), and access to the room for self-setup. À la carte options are available: setup by our team (starting at 20 CHF), whiteboard (10 CHF), projector (10 CHF), sound system, Odelis catering, etc.
Do you have to set up the room yourself? +
The choice is yours! By default, you set up the room according to your needs (equipment—chairs, tables—is included and available for your use). If you’d prefer to arrive to a room that’s already set up, our team can take care of it: the Setup/Takedown option costs 20 CHF (50 CHF for the XL option, which covers large rooms or complex layouts).
What is a FOOUND member? How do I become one? +
Members enjoy preferential rates (up to 50% off) on room rentals. You can become a member by signing up for a coworking or virtual office plan. Learn more about membership requirements →
What is your cancellation policy? +
Any cancellation made more than 7 days before the scheduled date is free of charge. Between 7 days and 48 hours before: 50% of the total amount. Less than 48 hours before: 100% of the total amount. For major events, we review each situation on a case-by-case basis.
Can we bring our own caterer? +
Yes! You can bring in your own caterer for a corkage fee (starting at 50 CHF, depending on the type of event). We also offer on-site catering through our partner Odelis (homemade cuisine, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free options).
Is it easy to get there by public transportation? +
We are a 5-minute walk from the Cornavin train station. We're accessible by train, tram, bus, and on foot from anywhere in the city center. For those arriving by car, there are several public parking lots nearby (Cornavin parking lot, Gare parking lot).
Are the facilities accessible to people with limited mobility? +
Our facilities are all on one level, making them easily accessible to people with limited mobility. While we do not have official accessibility certification, we are committed to inclusivity and to welcoming all our visitors. Please contact us to discuss any specific needs.
